Avondale Glass
A visit to Avondale Glass in Kilgetty is a unique experience. You will enjoy a fascinating demonstration, with a step-by-step commentary, of craftsmen displaying every aspect of this highly skilled and traditional craft. All the pieces you see being made are offered for sale, including collector's favourites such as vases, paperweights, elephants, swans, rabbits, squirrels, dolphins, ducks, fruit, and many more. Guided talks given showing demonstrations by DVD when not working live.
Free admission.
Opening times: GLASSMAKING Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 2pm; Wednesday 9am to 1pm. CRAFT SHOP Monday to Saturday 10am to 2pm. Check website for times of live glassblowing.
